2009 - 10th Year Anniversary
Brian joined the CBBEL Survey Department in October 1999. He is one of the Survey department’s New York transplants and continues to maintain his PLS license in the State of New York where he is originally licensed. His main responsibilities at CBBEL involve project management of various construction layout projects and City of Chicago Department of Planning and Development surveys. Quality control of collected field data, crew scheduling, proposals and coordination are among a few of the other responsibilities that Brian manages on a daily basis. Brian, wife Penny, and son Larry are pleased to call the Prairie Grove area of McHenry County home; being convenient for hunting, gardening and camping activities enjoyed by their entire family and friends.
2019 - 20th Year Anniversary
Brian is the field crew manager for the CBBEL Survey Department. Brian & wife Penny are pleased to call the Prairie Grove area of McHenry County home (being convenient for hunting, fishing, and gardening activities). Their son Larry and daughter-in-law Gabby, have recently blessed them with two grandchildren while he continues his NAVY service responsibilities.
2024 - 25th Year Anniversary
Brian is a Project Surveyor and Field Crew Manager for CBBEL. Brian performs surveying services for various projects, supervises field operations, survey control processing, data analysis and site calculations for field staking. Brian coordinates with other Project Managers preparing estimates and scope of work for proposals on civil engineering projects. Brian began Land Surveying in Pennsylvania in the mid ‘80’s, performing construction layout for bridges and highway projects. Later, Land Survey Services in Upstate New York while acquiring a New York State PLS License. After some time, Brian found his current home here at CBBEL. Brian and Wife Penny are pleased to call the Prairie Grove area of McHenry County home (being convenient for hunting, fishing, and gardening activities). Their son Larry and daughter-in-law Gabby are raising their two Grandsons Carter & Aiden, they have blessed them with. Gabby is pursuing her Pharmaceutical Doctorate and Larry has switched from NAVY service to computer management & software responsibilities at John Deere. Family fun includes Thanksgiving Dinners, Pancake cooking, Deer Stand installations, Leaf pile burials/playing, Fire Works, & water balloon fights with the Grandsons.
