2009 - 10th Year Anniversary Tom joined the CBBEL Survey Department in 1999. Originally from western New York (Buffalo area), Tom came to CBBEL with 10 years experience in the land surveying field. Tom. While at CBBEL, Tom has worked on numerous projects that required ALTA, boundary, topographic, construction layout and route surveys to be performed in the field. He was also a integral part of the Rolling Meadows, Glendale Heights, Elmwood Park, and Huntley GIS projects. Tom is an avid hunter and sportsman in his spare time. Tom resides in Crystal Lake with his wife Karri and their two children Jacob and Marissa.
2019 - 20th Year Anniversary Tom is a field crew chief for the CBBEL Survey department. Tom and his wife Karri live in Crystal Lake with their children Jacob and Marissa. Jake is 17 and plays Lacrosse. Marissa 11 and is a cheerleader and Gymnast. Tom is a hunter and sportsman, assistant equipment director to Prairie Ridge Jr Wolves football and Cheer Dad in his spare time. Tom brings 30 years field experience to the CBBEL survey department.
2024 - 25th Year Anniversary Tom is a Senior Project Surveyor at CBBEL. Originally from Buffalo, New York, Tom had 10 years of surveying experience prior to joining CBBEL. Over the years, Tom’s contributions and experience on CBBEL projects have enhanced our Survey product.
Tom and his wife, Karri, live in Crystal Lake, Illinois. To celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary, Tom & Karri traveled to England, Ireland and Scotland over the summer. They have 2 children, Jacob, who made the Dean’s list at McHenry County College, and Marissa, who is a junior in high school, active in the National Honor Society and cheerleading. Tom enjoys pheasant hunting, deer hunting and fishing when not being a Cheer Dad. Tom and Jacob go to Canada every other year for a fishing trip with friends. The Wilk family are diehard Buffalo Bills fans and proud members of the Bills Mafia.
